Dutch Digital Elevation Model

In December 2016, EUROSENSE started acquiring LiDAR data in the South of the Netherlands for the Dutch Ministry of Public Works and Water Management.

In total 60 hours flying time is needed to cover the 3.000 km2 project area with a point density of 7 points per square meter. EUROSENSE will adjust and classify the LiDAR points to ground, buildings, water and civil objects according to the high product standard of the clients. The end product is a high quality Digital Elevation Map (DEM), in the Netherlands better known as ‘Actueel Hoogtebestand Nederland’ (AHN).
