personal data does Eurosense collect and receive?
Personal data is information
that can potentially identify you as a specific individual. It includes your

and/or mobile), email address, billing data.
Companies;
Company
name, address, VAT-number, billing data.
Contact
person: name, surname, gender, language, date of birth, address, telephone
number (fixed and/or mobile), email address.
Why is Eurosense
collecting my personal data?
The personal data we
collect is used by Eurosense to:
- execute our contracts,
- Process orders and deliver services,
products and data that you have requested,
- Provide you with notices with regard
to our services and products,
- Provide technical and product support,
- Allow access to certain restriced
areas of our websites,
- Analyze and resolve website and
application problems,
- Understand our clients needs,
- Conduct market research and implement
marketing strategies based on our justified interest. We always aim for a
balance between our justified interest and the protection of your personal

clients to register for training or conferences, make requests that require a

With whom does Eurosense
share my personal data?
Eurosense can share your
personal data with our subcontractors when we use them to execute certain
services for us (marketing agencies, ICT-providers, cloudproviders, email
service providers,
). Our subcontractors are only allowed to process your
personal data as according to our instructions. In addition, Eurosense may
share your personal data with its affiliates. Our affiliates are also committed
to protecting personal data in compliance with the provisions of all applicable data protection laws, including
the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Eurosense will disclose
your personal data when required to do so by law or in the good faith belief
that such action is necessary to (1) conform to legal requirements, such as to
comply with valid national security or law enforcement requests, or prevent
fraud or imminent harm or (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Eurosense.
How long does Eurosense

We will retain the
personal data we process on behalf of our users and clients for as long as
needed to provide products and services to our clients, comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Eurosense keeps your
personal data confidential. Eurosense maintains reasonable and appropriate

Upon request Eurosense
will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal data.
Eurosense will permit you to access or correct your data in our database. You
have the right to request the deletion of your personal data where the
processing does not comply with applicable data protection laws. You have the
right to oppose, without providing any reason, the use of your personal data
for direct marketing purposes as well as the use of marketing profiles based on
your personal data. You also have the right to oppose the transfer of your
